Saturday, November 11th, 2017 was a lovely fall day for DSmithImages Wedding Photography, Portraits, and Events to document a wonderful celebration. This particular celebration was the wedding of Jennifer and Matthew at the historic Battle-Friedman House in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. You might remember Jennifer and Matthew from their engagement session and the sneak preview of their wedding photos. Now it is time to share with you all the full details and public gallery from their wedding day!
The Battle-Friedman House was such a fantastic location for Jennifer and Matthew's wedding. The interior provided ample amounts of lovely natural light, and the beautiful managed grounds served as a top notch location for the actual ceremony. The happy couple got married in the backyard area, which was bathed in a beautiful layer of warm fall sunlight.
After the wedding, I took a good bit of time to make use of the grounds and location in order to provide Jennifer and Matthew with an ample amount of wedding photos. The couple really enjoyed making use of the lovely pond in the backyard area along with all of the other great spots in and around the Battle-Friedman House.
Once the wedding celebration and photos were done, Jennifer and Matthew took time to enjoy themselves and the company of their guests during a small but quaint reception. When it was time to say goodbye, everyone lined up and gave the happy couple a bubble filled exit. It was a wonderful end to the afternoon.
It was an absolute pleasure and privilege to be able to provide Jennifer and Matthew with the photography on their wedding day. I'd like to thank them for choosing DSmithImages Wedding Photography, Portraits, and Events. I'd also like to thank the staff at the historic Battle-Friedman House in Tuscaloosa. They did a wonderful job of making sure Jennifer and Matthew's day went off without a hitch. Definitely give them a look if you are in the market for a wedding venue.
